Sampling notes

Years under consideration are from 1982 to 1995. (Volumes 3–15, 13 volumes to cover.) Looking to include at least one issue from each of the volumes under consideration. As of either volume 8 or 9, increased from 3 to 4 issues per volume. (46–47 possible issues: 18 from volumes 3–8 at 3 issues each; 28 from volumes 9–15 at 4 issues each) Can sample maximum 20 issues (42–43% coverage).
